Precision hardware processing technology for semiconductor and electronic technology
1. The processing route has great uncertainty, and a component or product can have multiple processes, requiring a wide variety of machinery, equipment, and fixtures for the production process.
2. Hardware manufacturing enterprises mainly rely on scattered processing, and the quality and productivity of products largely depend on the technical level of workers. The degree of automation is mainly at the unit level, such as CNC machine tools, flexible manufacturing systems, etc.
3. Product components are generally produced through a combination of self-made and outsourced processing. For example, special processes such as electroplating, sandblasting, oxidation, screen printing, and laser engraving will be outsourced to external manufacturers for processing.
4. A large number of parts are required, and the workshop often needs to fill out a large number of material requisition forms and production forms in a "one line" shape. If there is process management, a large number of process transfer forms also need to be filled out.
Precision Hardware Processing Operation Specification:
1. During product processing. Operators must maintain the correct posture and have sufficient mental energy to cope with their work. If they feel unwell, for personal safety reasons, they must immediately leave their work post and report to the workshop supervisor or higher-level leaders. During operation, one must concentrate their thoughts, avoid casual conversations, and cooperate with each other. Operators should not operate in a state of restlessness or fatigue, in order to ensure personal safety, avoid accidents, and ensure safe operation. All employees are required to check if their clothing meets the job requirements before entering the workplace. Do not wear slippers, high heels, or clothing that may affect safety. Those with long hair must wear a safety helmet.
2. Before starting the mechanical work, check whether the moving parts have been lubricated, then start and check whether the clutch and brake are normal, and run the machine idle for 1-3 minutes. It is strictly prohibited to operate the machine if there is a malfunction.
3. When replacing the mold, the power should be turned off first, and the punching machine movement department should stop running before starting to install and debug the mold. After installation and adjustment, move the flywheel by hand for two trial runs. In order to avoid unnecessary collisions between the machine and the product to be processed, the upper and lower molds must be checked for symmetry and rationality, screws for firmness, and edge rings for proper positioning.
4. It is necessary to wait for all other personnel to leave the mechanical work area and remove the debris from the workbench before starting the power supply to start the machinery.
5. During mechanical operation, it is strictly prohibited to insert hands into the sliding block working area, and it is strictly forbidden to use hands to take or place workpieces. When taking and placing workpieces in the die, tools that meet the standards must be used. If any abnormal noise or malfunction is found in the machinery, the power switch should be immediately turned off for inspection. After the machinery is started, one person is responsible for transporting materials and operating the machinery. Others are not allowed to press the power building or step on the foot switch board. For the safety of others, it is even more forbidden to put hands into the mechanical work area or touch the moving parts of the machinery with hands.
